Bharatiya Kishan Sangh creating new breed of farmers
A farmer name Jugal Pegu has become an example for many other farmers in Dhemaji district of Assam. One year back Jugal Pegu was helped, guided and trained by Bharatiya Kishan Sangh to start Piggery (pig farming), and with the help of government schemes, he set up a pig firm in his village.
Now after one year Jugal Pegu is self sustainable, and in the process he has inspired many more farmers in the district.
Like Pegu, another twenty farmers from different districts of Assam is now running a successful Piggery (Pig farming) business with the support provided by Bharatiya Kishan Sangh.
